The encouragement provided by the staff and trainers is second to none. Brandy and Chelsea truly care about each and every member. They have even messaged to check on me when I didn't make it in to the gym. One thing that sets them apart is they do have childcare available! Shelley is always there to greet my baby with a smile and she absolutely loves playing with her friends every morning while I have mommy time to recharge. I love that I can see her through the viewing window in between exercises too! I highly recommend becoming a part of this amazing community.”

“We have loved Intense! Our daughter has done several clinics this summer and even though she is a beginner, they have been spectacular in helping her understand the game and techniques. She learns something new every time she goes and the coaches will stop and take one on one time with a player they see that needs some tips or help. Definitely recommend!”

Received a tour of the facility and a demonstration of how to utilize equipment which I was not familiar with.I was also given a workout plan in addition the staff member informed me that I could pay for a personal trainer.”

I turned 65yrs old in October and enrolled as part of the Silver Sneakers program.I am so glad I chose this gym.It is the cleanest and most organized gym I have ever belonged to .The staff is very knowledgeable , attentive and friendly.It's conveniently located and the other members are respectful and appropriate . The equipment and machines are up to date and maintained .Very clean everywhere, even the bathrooms !!”

1322 W Main St, Lexington“I've been working out at Xtreme fitness for about a month now. I have been a member of other gym's in the area. After leaving USC and using their Strom Thurmond fitness center I became very spoiled with what I expect out of a gym. Xtreme fitness has been the only gym in the area that has meet my expectation of a great place to workout. While they don't have some of the features bigger gyms have (pool, rock wall, etc...), which is to be expected for the size of the facility. What they do have is quality equipment, a pleasant atmosphere to workout in, and a community dedicated to fitness. If you're looking for a smaller gym where you can get a good workout and not have a million people around you then Xtreme fitness is a great option!”

“Lots of equipment to choose from. Front desk staff could be a little nicer and actually say hello instead a cold blank stare. And they need a calf raise machine. Other than that, lots to choose from. Very crowded in mornings when they open. Especially Monday at 5am.”
“I like that I feel like I spent an hour actually doing a work out that is truly benefiting me physically. I don’t have that feeling of wasting hours in the gym doing exercises that I think are benefiting me and working out at my own pace. ?helps to push me so that I gradually become better physically & mentally over time.”
