I called before going in and they (Lucie) was very friendly and patient. All my questions were answered and this helped make my decision to use Jackson Hewitt. I was greeted and helped immediately when I walked in. Lucie was extremely knowledgeable and kind. My taxes were done very quickly and I plan to be back next year!
