“I had the best experience shopping at Kohl's that I had to share. Customer Service still exists at Kohl's-Lexington. I used to work in the area and Koh's used to be my go-to for my shopping needs. Once I retired, I frequent Kohl's every now and again. After my last visit, I know I will be making it one of my top stores once again. Thanks for looking out for your customers!!! You all ROCK!!!”

“This Kohl's location is the best I've experienced thus far. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I never fail to find just what I'm looking for, and there's always a good variety to choose from. I particularly appreciate how clean and well arranged the store is. Most stores are so packed that it is difficult just to get through, let alone manage a cart down each isle. Prices are more than just reasonable, and there are frequent sales and clearance items. Merchandise is moved quickly and kept updated. This is definitely my go-to store, particularly for clothing.”

“Used to be a true go to for jewelry and incense, but sine they moved the jewelry to a different part of the store, they seem to have eliminated anything for men. Still love the incense area, and I load up every time I go. Also, the back wall is pretty well stocked for adult purposes, if that's what you're looking for. And the customer service is usually pretty good, but on truck days, you can expect to have to wait, as it's a small store, and they work hard trying to get everything stocked and out of the way.”
“Jean shopping is never a super enjoyable experience but Buckle really made it a joy. Claire and Isabella helped me find the right pair of jeans for me. I came in knowing I wanted two different styles. Once they figured out what I was looking for they went through the whole store looking for my size and the styles they thought I would like. Their kindness and patience never wavered. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted. They were super professional and efficient. They made me feel like I had my own personal assistants. I highly recommend you visit this store to restore your faith in true customer service.”

“We went in store to return some items purchased online, due to our tween experiencing a growth spurt. The cashier, Maurice, was so very kind, knowledgeable and patient with us. Maurice suggested sizes (e.g., big Kid's 16 and women's 00), described the difference in various cuts/designs and fit. With Maurice's guidance our tween now has pants that fit appropriately and are styles she actually likes. THANK YOU!!!”
“I’m going to be honest I never read the reviews until now. When I went into the store I asked several questions about if they had jackets and other things and they did help me. They were straight Foward and respectful . One of the girls even helped me with my makeup and she was a different color than me and she was so nice and her spirt was amazing. I did not see them treat me any other way because of my skin color everybody else was just shopping buying their stuff. I didn’t even notice it honestly. They treated me just the same. Now two of the customers didn’t say excuse me even though I did. Honestly one of the customers was the same color and me and didn’t say excuse me, but that’s not the employees fault. I just know some people are just rude. It didn’t matter to me because I knew I may never see her again anyway . I just got what I needed and left.”
