“Used to be a true go to for jewelry and incense, but sine they moved the jewelry to a different part of the store, they seem to have eliminated anything for men. Still love the incense area, and I load up every time I go. Also, the back wall is pretty well stocked for adult purposes, if that's what you're looking for. And the customer service is usually pretty good, but on truck days, you can expect to have to wait, as it's a small store, and they work hard trying to get everything stocked and out of the way.”

The customer service and attention to detail are outstanding even after the sale. Having worn "off the rack" suits my whole life, I could not believe the difference in a custom suit. It fits better and is so much more comfortable to wear. I promise you will not be disappointed.”

“I had a fancy dinner date with my boyfriend and left all my nicer clothes at home 1.5 hours away. I came here in hopes to find something good. I also gained a lot of weight during quarantine so it's been hard to find clothes in my size (2XL). Anna went above and beyond to help me find clothes that not only looked nice but were comfortable and gave many options to choose from. For sure some of the best customer service I've gotten in a very long time!! Will be coming back!”

“This BoxLuch is amazing! Not only do they have a wide selection of fandoms, but the staff is also super helpful and friendly ?. I had been trying to get a Star Wars jacket in XS for months! I tried to order it online, but my order was cancelled ?. I left my name with the store in case they got more in stock. They called me last week to let me know they had my size in store! They even held it for me because I couldn’t come in right away. And when I came to get it they were able to apply the original sale price from my online order! The tall brunette lady told me if I still had the original order receipt to bring it and they would honor that price! ? I love my new jacket! Thanks BoxLunch!”

I tried to get the jacket in person because the online app was giving me a fit, however, they wouldn't honor that sale so I had to keep trying. Finally it worked! “I went in one time and the one manager was very rude. He didn’t even care to help me and was more concerned on when he was taking his break. However, I went back in the other day because some stuff I ordered didn’t fit. This time there was a different manager and she was AMAZING. She went out of her way to help me and make sure I could exchange all my stuff. As a former employee and manager of an Express and a current retail manager, I found my experience with her much more enjoyable. I am not a needy person by any means, but the few check-ins from her went a long way and changed my perspective on this location completely!”
