“This review is actually for the Sephora in this Kohl's location.
The Columbiana Sephora didn't have the item (Huda Legit Lashes mascara) I needed but this Sephora - in Kohl's - did. However, I never would have found it without Courtney's and Kim's help. They were determined to ensure I left with the mascara I drove there to get, all the while providing professional, knowledgeable conversation, and recommendations. Not to mention fast checkout!
WOW!!!! Efficiency, customer focus and service like this are rare indeed! Although, two Sephora locations get it! Luc at the Columbiana location tracked down this mascara for me when his store didn't have it.

I ended up getting a secret rare from one of my blind box pendants so whoever picked em out has insane luck haha! Always such a nicely stocked store with the kindest and most helpful employees. “Used to be a true go to for jewelry and incense, but sine they moved the jewelry to a different part of the store, they seem to have eliminated anything for men. Still love the incense area, and I load up every time I go. Also, the back wall is pretty well stocked for adult purposes, if that's what you're looking for. And the customer service is usually pretty good, but on truck days, you can expect to have to wait, as it's a small store, and they work hard trying to get everything stocked and out of the way.”

I came in knowing I wanted two different styles. Once they figured out what I was looking for they went through the whole store looking for my size and the styles they thought I would like. “I’m going to be honest I never read the reviews until now. When I went into the store I asked several questions about if they had jackets and other things and they did help me. They were straight Foward and respectful . One of the girls even helped me with my makeup and she was a different color than me and she was so nice and her spirt was amazing. I did not see them treat me any other way because of my skin color everybody else was just shopping buying their stuff. I didn’t even notice it honestly. They treated me just the same. Now two of the customers didn’t say excuse me even though I did. Honestly one of the customers was the same color and me and didn’t say excuse me, but that’s not the employees fault. I just know some people are just rude. It didn’t matter to me because I knew I may never see her again anyway . I just got what I needed and left.”

“Even though I don’t live here, I’ve been shopping here for years whenever I get a chance to pass through town and sometimes even drive a little out of my way. Really love the bargain basement and have picked up a lot of good things. The staff is really friendly and bends over backwards for you. One time I made a trip when I didn’t expect them to be closed. They told me to call ahead next time, and they would drive up the street and open the store for me. They been workable whenever I’ve had issues regarding shipping. I was most recently out of town, having surgery, and trying to change my delivery since I wasn’t going to be home, but Fedex wouldn’t allow it. They called and tried but couldn’t. FedEx left the package in the wrong place exposed to the elements. They told me if there was a problem they would replace the order.”
