“WAS SATISFIED WITH MY SERVICE.
THEY ADVERTISE 10 MIN. OIL CHANGES. BUT THEY ONLY WORK ON ONE VEHICLE AT A TIME.
SO NOT REALLY A 10 MIN. OIL CHANGE. WAITED OVER 20 MINUTES IN THE BAY WHILE THEY WORKED ON OTHER CARS.
ONCE THEY GET TO ME WAS ABOUT 15 MIN. OIL CHANGE.
WAS A LITTLE MORE MONEY THEN OTHER PLACES THAT OFFER OIL CHANGES.
DID FILL WIPER FLUID AND CHECKED TIRE PRESSURE.
GOOD SERVICE OVERALL.
ONLY THING I WOULD SUGGEST IS HAVING A MORE PROFESSIONAL STAFF WHEN CUSTOMERS CAN HEAR YOUR YOUR CONVERSATION.
PERSONALLY IT DID NOT BOTHER ME, BUT I KNOW PEOPLE IT WOULD..
SOME OF THE BANTER WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND A FEW CURSE WORDS WERE DROPPED.
AGAIN, I WAS NOT OFFENDED, BUT WHEN DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC, EMPLOYEES SHOULD KEEP DISCUSSIONS PROFESSIONAL OR ATLEAST WITH OUT CURSE WORDS.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff, and within minutes my truck was over a bay getting an oil change. The staff explained to me that the Groupon was for an oil filter and up to 5 quarts of oil. So I had to pay any additional expenses (approximately $12) which consisted of 1 quart of oil, oil disposal, and taxes. Altogether I felt really good about this experience and their staff. Overall I felt like their costumer service was excellent, and I'd highly recommend this shop.”
