“What a great place to go for a quick oil change, tires and alignment. Orlando and Aaron were quick to find out the plug to do my oil change was stripped ( due to another service facility)so they could not do a conventional oil change. Orlando tried to do from the top of the oil reservoir but could not be done. EOC ordered a new oil pan which came in at less then a week, went back to have installed this morning. Paul did tires, alignment and repair on oil pan. The whole establishment is clean, friendly and I highly recommend this business. Thank you gentlemen!”

“I have been here twice and this place is great! It is a little out of my way, but definitely worth it. The first time....New to the area and needed some work done on my truck. I knew what the issue was, water pump needing to be replaced. I had called 2 other places first, close to me, and when I told them the issue, I was treated like I was a moron. When I called Complete Car Care, I was spoken to like I had a clue, with respect. I absolutely appreciate that!! The second time....treated with the same respect.”

“Prompt service, good communication, clean and cozy waiting area, fair pricing as quoted. I had an overheating issue with my 2007 Pacifica that turned out to be a very easy fix. I feel another shop or technician could have easily taken advantage of this situation but Sara thoroughly explained the issue and how it was fixed and only charged me the diagnostic fee I was quoted since the repair was so simple. Sara and Lynette were very professional and I will be returning to Minnie's for any future car issues.”

“I was traveling from NC to Atlanta and I noticed my battery light came on. I stopped at a Walmart and then O'Reilly to find out that it was my alternator but that they felt I could make it to Atlanta still. They said I would need to deal with it within the month. Well needless to say I lost electricity by the time I was by the broad river exit and pulled off for it to die. It was 1pm on Sunday. I called around and no one would help until I called Tire Choice. They were sympathic and understanding. As long as I could get the car to them by 5pm they said they would stay to fix it. I got it their by 3pm and they stayed until it was done. I, my elderly mom and my dog were all so greatful for helping and their kindness. My alternator had officially died. They replaced it and had me back on the road by 5:15pm. You all saved me and my family. Thank you”
“I recently moved and don’t have access to my tools or a garage. So I was looking for a place I could trust to get an oil change done with my supplies. This place came recommended and it did not fail. I pulled up, checked in, left oil and filter on the passenger seat, paid, and was on my way in less than 15 minutes total. The service was less than $20. Well worth not getting my hands dirty. I will be back in 10k and with my wife’s ride when hers is due.”

2018 Malibu LS 94k miles - she was starting to make such awful grating sounds coming from the rear axle. 60+ MPH was miserable even with the sub woofer on 11.
I want to shoutout my Service Advisor AJ! and my techs Wyatt! and Jason! As well as the whole team! Super friendly, never too many questions, young and talented. Felt welcome start to finish. Honest hard working team, what’s not to love from our community. I’ll absolutely be getting my 200k+ miles with service like this!
