She never took them up on the offer, because they loaded up the food in her car and her husband would take it out, but WOW what wonderful people!!!”

The staff are not only welcoming to everyone but they really make an effort to get to know customers, their pets, and their needs. If I lived closer, I would probably be in here at least once a week. They have such a good selection of quality brands!”

“I got my baby from Porth kennels in May, and Missy was so helpful!! She kept me update with pictures all the way until I picked him up. Whenever I picked him up she gave me so much information and he came with a whole little care package or dog food and a microchip. I also got to meet his parents and they were just the sweetest. The process of getting him was the best and I’m so thankful I had Porth Kennels to get him from. I plan on coming here in the future for another crème colored dachshund.”

“My 8mth old goldendoodle, Cookie and I just finished the the 4 week training program with Richard and Carmen, which was awesome but on last night of the program, Richard asked if there was anything in particular that I felt Cookie needed training on. I mentioned that Cookie would not jump in or out of the car. Within 15 minutes, Richard and Carmen had my girl doing something she had been scared of doing!! Loved the training program and loved that they took the time to do something extra!! Highly recommend the Leash Connection!”

“I love Lidl as a general rule, but this Lidl is by far the best I have found so far. It's bigger than the Lidl I used to go to, and they have a much wider selection of products! I love the fresh baked items when you walk in the door, the great produce and awesome fish selection. They have a much larger and more abundant selection of miscellaneous and hardware items. The store is clean and has great parking. The aisles are wide, making it easy access for people with disabilities. There are quite a few handicapped parking spots right in the front. The workers here are very helpful! All in all a great shopping experience!”

“I can't stress enough how amazingly outstanding this store, the employees, and their customer service is! Even coming from someone who has had experience keeping pets and reptiles off and on for over 2 decades, this is not your typical big chain store experience. The staff here, especially Matthew who has helped me multiple times, is incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and always makes sure I’m taken care of. The prices here are the absolute best for the same products you’ll find anywhere else. I bought a male Fancy Ball Python (now affectionately named Loki) a little over a week ago here, and he’s been fantastic and was obviously well taken care of and very healthy. Pet Supermarket of Lexington has earned my future business for life. I can't recommend them enough!!”

“We love reptile city. We have gotten really amazing snakes from Mr. John. We have never had any issues, unlike when we have purchased reptiles from othe local reptile stores. Mr. John is always helpful with any questions I have and always has great conversations when we come get our feeders. We really love reptile city, had to get my feeders from another place once and they didnt have the same quality feeders and were much more expensive. We love reptile city and its staff. I cant wait to purchase my next reptile family pet from them. We will continue to only get our reptiles and snakes from Mr. John only. Hands down the best experience.”

She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain techniques clearly, and made every training session enjoyable and productive. You can tell she truly cares about the animals she works with. Josh, the manager, was also extremely kind and helpful! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.”
