“I was having issues with my vehicle and took it to a local dealer who wasn’t helpful so I called crescent collision for a tow. The tow truck driver arrived in a timely manner and he was professional. I spoke with Mr. Allen concerning my vehicle and he offered to help fix the issue. “I was recommended by AutoZone to come here due to the fact my ✅ engine light came on. The problem ended up being my O 2 sensors. The price was much more than I had expected. The owner did deduct 20.00 due to the fact that I was sent over from Auto Zone. It did take the better part of a day to fix and finish the job due to the wrong parts being sent over. But overall, the service was friendly. I think I would return here for an oil change for the future based on what the posted rates are.”
