“We had a frustrating situation today involving our vehicle being towed from a commercial parking lot on Blossom Street in Columbia, SC. After about two hours of back-and-forth conversations, presenting our case, and negotiating, SDR Towing and the property manager were willing to listen and ultimately came to a reasonable resolution with us. It was a stressful experience, but we appreciated that they were eventually open to hearing our side and working things out. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, know your rights, stay calm, be persistent, document everything and read the parking sign details.
