Customer service at this branch it really terrible. There is a reason I try to not use my account here. I’m amazed it’s still open. Just go to the other one in Lexington if you have to use WF at all. There is no need to ask me to email details about this encounter because nothing will get resolved.

Horrible location. You can’t even pull into the parking lot without having to do a 4 point turn to get to the drive thru. Drive thru lanes are designed for Prius’ only.

Went there yesterday after my husband asked off of work early so we could open an account. She told us we should have come earlier and to do it online. Guess they don’t want my money or have any regard for someone that actually works all day. Such a shame!
