“I have been banking with South Carolina Federal Credit Union for many years.initially I drive from Lexington to West Cola because that was the closest branch. I did it because I love the service I receive from them. Now they are in Lexington and my entire family banks with them. I walk in or bank through the drive thru and the service is always the best. They know me by name. They treat me like family. I have had to call the 800 number before because of a misplaced card and even that service was excellent. Rupal is one of my favorites at the Lexington branch. Highly recommend this bank.”
“Always simple and hassle free. I’ve opened two business accounts at this location after so many others wanted hoops to jump. I took the necessary paperwork and in less than an hour had the account open, with a bank card and walked out the door - both times ! “I went here today with a friend, I do not bank here but accompanied her to do her business. I was amazed at the staff and the setup they have. Fredrika was exceptionally helpful. Helped me get some copies of things that I needed and they even had a donut and coffee bar set up. I was very impressed and I wish all banks had employees like Fredrika! Highly recommend.”

I didn’t catch the names of the other lovely ladies who helped me (one had beautiful locs and the other had the most stunning fro!), but I want to thank each of you for your kindness and warmth. One team member even went out of his way to share information about a local apartment, which was so thoughtful. “Truist has been my bank for about 6 years niw. I have only just recentky taken to depositing cash at the a.t.m. I have had inly 1 desciprancy recentky for $21.00, which I had to put a claim in for. It took about 2 working wks to get resolved. I like the fact that they alert me to fraud while traveling or in general. Great bank with great people.”

She is Very kind, understanding, patient, & will bend over backwards to assist you with any of your banking needs. She goes above and beyond her normal duties. Between that and her positive uplifting attitude towards others & her staff there is no wonder why she is the Manager! If it were my company, the first thing I would do is offer her A promotion followed by a substantial pay raise.
