“We had been out of town during the two months preceding our move, so hadn’t been able to sign the lease on the new place (and get a move-in date), until four days before the move.Needless to say, that gave a very small window of opportunity to hire a moving company. We contacted 5 companies on a Tuesday. Of those 5, only 3 responded quickly enough, and only 1 of them were able to assist within this tight timeframe - that was Undergrads Moving.Two young men (Matthew and John) showed up exactly on time - after driving from finishing a move in Charlotte, NC to our move in Greenville, SC - during the hottest part of the day during the hottest day of the year (so far). One told me that ours was his 18th(!) move of the week!The guys needed to carry heavy and awkwardly sized furniture up an exterior set of stairs in our old place and then up another set of more narrow and longer stairs in our new place during the relentless sunlight, heat, and humidity of that day.The poor guys probably lost at least a gallon of fluid each through sweat (we provided ice-cold water/Gatorade, and towels). We also let them know that they were free to take a rest whenever they needed, but they weren’t interested in leisurely breaks; they wanted to get the job done. And they did. And probably in record time. It was truly a feat of strength and endurance, and they accomplished it all while maintaining super-positive, respectful, and professional attitudes the entire time.The overall ease of booking (remember, within our ridiculously short timeframe) and payment couldn’t have been more seamless, and the costs were very fair - we did provide our own moving vehicle, but considering we had it for less than 4 hours (including pickup and return time) that cost was very minimal too.If there is an Undergrads in your area, before your next move I highly recommend you go to them as your first choice for moving services.”

“Had to go in and get finger prints for a job. Huge S/O to Lisa! She helped me with making sure I was able to get my fingerprints done after ALOT of tries! She was so very patient and friendly! And assured me that I was going to get the finger prints even if it meant I had to be there all day with her! She for sure needs a raise! That alone takes up a lot of time and the store still had customers coming in and out and Lisa was killing it! She would check on me and the other customers as well. All around she was killing it! I apologized for having to take her away at times because my fingerprints were not wanting to be accepted. But she again, assured me that it was okay and that I was going to get them no matter what!
