“WOW!!! What an experience. I ordered on line 2 items; on a well known retail store site; which was to be delivered by fedx per my invoice.After waiting for a little over 2 weeks for my product ; I decided to reach out to fedx in the Mauldin SC area; after receiving email notices that my package was ready!?I went to the location ; where the 2 very nice agents explained to me that my whole order was a scam.?They went above and beyond for me; as I felt they did for all of their customers ; while I was their.?I felt that they wanted to make sure that it didn't happen to me again; by explaining what to look for in a scam; the information to look for on their label, and they advise that they will not ask for a fee; which the email was asking for a fee.?Thanks guys; I left your location feeling more enlightened about scams; which is vital to me, because I am not a fan of loosing monies.?????Oh yeah, this last thing; fedx didn't have anything to do with this, but they were kind enough to let me vent; that the same transaction; the scammer hit my card 3 more times with unauthorized charges . They could've stopped me and said "ma'am we don't handle that", but they didn't; they just assisted me with patience and kindness!!! ?????”
