“We were driving our van from Myrtle Beach to New York, with a long road ahead, when suddenly I felt a very strong vibration and the car just refused to go any further. This happened right on the highway. With great difficulty, we managed to make it to a nearby town, but the first three repair shops we tried turned us down for urgent service.
Then we came across NMB Repair. Even though the sign was quite dim, we decided to give it a try and ask for help. They took our van in immediately and started working on it right away. The repair was done in just about half an hour, and we made it safely to New York without any further trouble.
But what really surprised me was something else. Before we stopped at this repair shop, my windshield washer fluid light came on, meaning it was time to refill it. I know from experience that when this light turns on, the reservoir is usually empty and takes a full big bottle of washer fluid.
After the repair, we stopped at a gas station, I bought a big bottle of washer fluid and started pouring it in — but the tank was almost full! That means the guys at the repair shop topped it off for me without even mentioning it.
They didn’t charge me or say a word — just did it out of kindness. I highly recommend this repair shop if you ever find yourself in trouble on the road.
Guys, you should really get a brighter sign so people can spot you from far away.

“Hello, we are on vacation and needed our battery and alternator checked. I called the store and they said they could help. When arriving the sales associate Derrick was Very Friendly and Kind, he came out checked the battery, alternator and starter, he told us what we needed, was super helpful and we got a new battery and were on our way. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. “Just did another lease with Nissan . Our sales person Rich did such a good job in finding us the best fit for us and did a great job on the pricing. We were not expecting to do another lease today but we were so happy with Rich we said why not. Rich was very helpful and such a pleasure to work with. Took time to go over the features in the car before we left, and if anything comes up he said we can always call him and he will help us out. Such a nice experience at the dealers today with everyone we came in contact with.
