“Hello, we are on vacation and needed our battery and alternator checked. I called the store and they said they could help. When arriving the sales associate Derrick was Very Friendly and Kind, he came out checked the battery, alternator and starter, he told us what we needed, was super helpful and we got a new battery and were on our way. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. With us being on vacation you never know who or where to go to get auto help, but if we ever need anymore help Napa will be the place we go. Thanks again to Derrick for his help!!!”

“Went in to get wiper blades. They had broad selection for my 2005 Toyota Avalon ranging in price from $26 - $45. I told the clerk I heard O'REILLY would install them at no additional cost. He said "not all makes and models". I asked him if he could give mine a shot. Hestruggled with the first one but moved more confidentially on the second one. All in all I gave him high marks because he stuck with it even though at the beginning he seemed a little reluctant.”

“Had someone contact me incredibly fast when I made an inquiry. I was able to text with the rep which was incredibly convenient since I was at work. Convenience at its finest.The entire process was incredibly straightforward. That said I knew what I wanted going in and didn't have to browse or anything. Bobby was my salesman and I was very impressed (especially as a former retail employee who sold furniture and pitched them). He explained everything and answered all questions with patience. He also made numerous points in conversation to make a genuine connection with me. Being incredibly personable. They basically met me halfway with my target price goal and performed some loops that (in my honest opinion) seemed pretty considerable. Dylan the financial guy was super down to earth and personable. He could clearly tell I was nervous as hell and had a way of being down to earth that helped me relax. Overall, I'm incredibly impressed and pleased with my entire visit. I'm also VERY pleased with their lifetime warranty. I felt like a valued customer and like I got the 5 star treatment.EDIT: Had to follow up a few times about various questions I had. Answering staff were VERY nice and attentive and Dylan didn't seem to mind my questions at all and invited more if needed. Love the fact they don't just dump you once the keys are handed over.
