“Nice to know that there are still good honest people around. We are on vacation and our truck started giving mechanical codes/ warnings. Took to Guaranteed Auto Center and they plugged into their diagnostic tool and was able to determine that is was not an issue with the truck but was due to a telemetry module that was plugged into the port. We were sent to resume our vacation with no charge. Thank you!!!”

“Had someone contact me incredibly fast when I made an inquiry. I was able to text with the rep which was incredibly convenient since I was at work. Convenience at its finest.The entire process was incredibly straightforward. That said I knew what I wanted going in and didn't have to browse or anything. Bobby was my salesman and I was very impressed (especially as a former retail employee who sold furniture and pitched them). He explained everything and answered all questions with patience. He also made numerous points in conversation to make a genuine connection with me. Being incredibly personable. They basically met me halfway with my target price goal and performed some loops that (in my honest opinion) seemed pretty considerable. Dylan the financial guy was super down to earth and personable. He could clearly tell I was nervous as hell and had a way of being down to earth that helped me relax. Overall, I'm incredibly impressed and pleased with my entire visit. I'm also VERY pleased with their lifetime warranty. I felt like a valued customer and like I got the 5 star treatment.EDIT: Had to follow up a few times about various questions I had. Answering staff were VERY nice and attentive and Dylan didn't seem to mind my questions at all and invited more if needed. Love the fact they don't just dump you once the keys are handed over. You're cared for afterwards.”

In my own personal opinion a lot of the other auto dealerships around the area could learn something from Auto connections when it comes to nice people and wonderful customer service.Ms. Cindy their secretary is one of the most amazing people I have ever sat down and talked with and the brothers who own the dealership are some of the nicest gentlemen I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and their cars have really unbeatable prices from what I have seen and they really do have a large selection of some very nice top end cars. I definitely recommend them to all my friends and family and that is something that I would not do if what I'm saying about Auto connections were not true.
