Brought in a fabricated custom center console for my 52 Chevy Truck and asked them to cover it in color matching vinyl and do contrasting stitching. They did a fantastic job and at a very fair price. “I had the unfortunate experience of someone opening their vehicle's door into mine and leaving a pretty deep scratch in my driver's door. (Luckily, the incident was caught on camera so I didn't have to pay for the repairs.) I chose this location based on other reviews and so glad I did! My entire door had to be repainted and I was concerned it would not match the rest of the four and a half year old paint on my vehicle. The repair was done exceptionally fast and looked amazing! Derek kept me updated every step of the way and had my vehicle ready much sooner than anticipated. If you want top quality work and great customer service, use this location. They do not disappoint.”

New York roads and winters are harsh on my front lips, but I will continue to support this business & their wonderful staff.”
“What a great family owned business. I came in to get an estimate on some paint restoration and scratch repair on my wife’s vehicle They suggested I go to a auto detail shop since it would be cheaper and recommended Frank’s auto detailing who did a wonderful job restoring the vehicle to just about a showroom finish given the fact that it’s almost 11 year-old car. I really appreciate the honesty of these people and I came back with my pick up truck because my tailgate was misaligned and not closing properly. A wonderful young man by the name of Brandon realigned the tailgate and when I asked how much he said no charge wouldn’t even take lunch or beer money. Having own a construction company for 40 years I really appreciate a family owned business with integrity and honesty as well as great customer service.”

Jessica was very welcoming on the phone when I had inquiries about certain brakes in stock then Michael and Brian made you feel like family. Very honest, extremely knowledgeable, plus the banter on hockey was the cherry on top. It was the best experience shopping for auto parts and I will recommend them to everyone I speak to.”
“It a good clean store. It seems a little understaffed most of the time so don’t expect to be in and out in five minutes. Usually there’s only two people behind the counter sometimes three and they’re busy on phone calls and trying to help five or six customers each in front of them and that’s my big beef with it but other than that it’s a good store with good parts. They give you 10% off if you’re veteran. I will definitely visit them again.”
“These guys are really good, I deal with them now 3-4 yrs now since I got my bike, every time . Something needs to be done. I take and will only let them work on it, they prices is good and they get you back riding fast. As where some of my friends go other places and they bike stayed in the shop for a month. I highly recommend these guys.”

The process of using the warranty for a replacement was quick easy and I was on my way in no time. Benjamin was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. “We went up there this morning knowing that we at least needed new back rotors and brake pads on our truck. Walter took amazing care of us! He looked over the rotors and encouraged us to get front ones as well. Not only was he very friendly but he was very knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice. Also if it had not been for him we would’ve had to make another trip back because one of the front rotors ended up being bent! I would recommend this location and asking for Walter for any of your car needs!! 10 out of 10! Great customer service, knowledgeable employees and organized store!”
“I highly recommend Classic Collision! They truly delivered! Jesse Lindler was very helpful from the very beginning, his recommendations and the paint job he did was perfect ! I brought my Nissan Murano in for the hood to be painted as it had chip marks over the entire hood, very unsightly! Upon picking up my car today, it was entirely smooth and beautifully painted and it was a perfect match to the rest of my car, Jesse even touched up the scratches around the car that he saw as well as those we pointed out to him, I was very happy driving away today and will definitely be recommending to all my friends!! And another thing I wanted to mention that along with the paint job we received we also got a lifetime warranty in the event something happens, We are truly satisfied! Thank you again Jesse!”
“As most people know, buying a car can be a stressful experience. At the beginning of September, my wife and I were ready to begin looking for a new car. Unfortunately, before we could begin shopping we experienced a tragic loss in our family. Once we were able to have a few minutes of sanity, we decided to try looking again. On Saturday, September 23, 2023 we had the pleasure of meeting Mike Sclafani at Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach. We had never thought that we could afford a Mercedes-Benz but after driving a friend's GLC300, we had to give it a chance. Mike was nice enough to let us drive 3 different size Mercedes vehicles and one BWM vehicle so that we could make an informed decision. He was even nice enough to laugh at my "Dad Jokes" while we were on the test drives. The one thing I cannot stand is a car salesman that does not know his own product he is selling. Mike was very educated not only on the Mercedes vehicles but other vehicles as well. He even went as far to check on items instantly on his phone to ensure he was providing the correct information on all the questions I had. After our test drives, we told him that we needed a little time to work things through in our heads and grab a bite to eat. He was very understanding and never tried to "sell" us something until we were ready. After eating a quick lunch, we returned to the dealership and asked Mike to begin an evaluation of our trade in. He still had the keys to the GLC300 that we had looked at. This was the vehicle we wanted to buy. He said he felt that was the one we wanted and did not want someone else selling it. Mike was very honest with us and provided a great deal on the vehicle we wanted to buy and thankfully, the dealership was able to offer us a very fair deal on our trade in. Mike introduced us to Tanner Trautman who was our Mercedes Concierge for our new Mercedes-Benz. Tanner did an excellent job of ensuring our new vehicle was detailed and ready for our delivery. He then spent a great amount of time waking us through the details of understanding our new car and ensuring that we understood at least a basic understanding of how to use all the intricate systems. Mike also introduced us to the dealership's financial manager, Matt Verost. Matt was very informative on all the financing options and warranty options. He was not pushy about any of the items and just presented us with all the options we had to choose from. I cannot say enough about the positive experience we had with the team at Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach. We love our new vehicle and really do appreciate the positive buying experience they gave us. We will buy another vehicle with them in the future.”
