Been with BB&T (and now Truist) for 14 years .....check/ savings accts --- loans ----and mortgage house thru them. Never had issue with them except distance to get to one. Need one in Longs.....very satified with them.

We were double charged for our safe deposit box. Kevin at this LR branch said we had to pay $70 to close our box. He said that you pay for thr box at the term end. Kevin lied! Now we were charged for our new box at the NMB branch. I was told I needed to make an appointment and to do that I had to wait in the teller line and speak yo the teller. Really.

The employees in this bank(now known as Truist) look for ways not to help their customers! I could never recommend this bank to anyone! If I could rate lower than 1 star I would!

Went to this branch today to register a fraud charge on my account.Everyone was very helpful and the teller,I do not know her name.She was wearing her hair in a ponytail.Extremely helpful and nice.She took care of my problem right then.Unlike Truist on Main Street who told me they were too busy to help me today.They did refer me to the Little River branch.I will do all my banking there from now on.

In all my years of banking I have NEVER rub across a more incompetent group of people! I deposited a large sum of money into this bank only to find out that all the perks associated with the bank were not handled correctly plus the information given to me was not correct. I talked to the manager to explain my situation and he agreed but did little to acknowledge a way to resolve the problem!! I tried to get a car loan with excellent credit and I was turned down after being told I WOULD BE APPROVED. I don't understand how they operate like this but they seem to go about their business will little concern for others...Sad situation

Just sat in lobby for 25 minutes. Was trying to open a savings account-girl at desk said to be seated and someone would be with me.after 20 minutes a lady emerged from office and said she would be with me shortly. The lady she was helping then got up and said she had to pick up her daughter and left.After 5 more minutes and no help left the branch
