First opened in 2006, Seashore Drugs has served the community of Little River for over a decade. Home to generations of charter and commercial fish. We are a branch of the Thomas Drugs family. Located in an idyllic landscape of live oaks and palm trees, Little River is the perfect spot for the outdoorsman, fisherman and nature lover. As the oldest town along the greater Grand Strand–the long stretch of beaches along South Carolina’s coast–it’s a community that still prides itself on a slower, more peaceful way of life.
