I called about a prior authorization and a few questions, and she took the time to look into everything, explain my options, and help get things set up correctly. She was kind, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping. Good customer service in a stressful environment doesn’t happen often these days, which is why I felt compelled to leave this review.     “I moved from OIB in 2023 and I drive over an hour from Robeson Co just for Eric, Hailey and the rest of his awesome staff. They actually care about their customers and show it. I broke my ankle a couple months ago, and when I would go pick up my meds someone was opening the door for me with my medicine laying on the counter so I didn't have to stand there in pain any longer than necessary. I am never using another pharmacy except Eric's as long as I can help it!”

    “I wanted to extend my biggest thank you to the Kroger bakery for making our wedding magical! We needed 80 cupcakes, and we had to pick them up a day early due to a ton of planning struggles. The staff had no problem changing the date, and every team member I spoke to was so incredibly nice. The cupcakes were a huge hit at the wedding, as every guest got to have cake! They tasted wonderful, and they were decorated beautifully. We will now be the biggest supporters of the Kroger bakery! They are so professional and kind, and the order process was very easy.”

    “Booked an appointment for an ear issue. Nurse and assistant were very professional and efficient, and I was seen as scheduled per my appointment. Nurse listened to my concerns, answered my questions, performed the medical evaluation and explained the diagnosis to me. She then prescribed the medication to address the issue and I have been feeling much better. I was happy with the overall experience.”

    “The employees are always very friendly at this location. But........ I've tried to change my email at self checkout. The screen says update email and I selected yes. The screen allows you to type in the email except the .com part. The screen goes back to the original screen and doesn't allow you to finish. This happened twice at 2 different visits. I tried to call but the customer service was not helpful. I called 3 times back to back and no one could delete the old email and add the new email. The technology needs to be updated and customer service needs better training.”

    Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
