“Seriously can't say enough good things about Ginger and the customer service here... I was looking for storage for a car i purchased at Myrtle Beach and a facility that would work with me to handle storing it for me since i was halfway across the country and personally couldn't be there hands on. Luckily, I found Ginger and the team who went above and beyond in taking care of me and my car. She offered to lock the storage room for me after the car was delivered and to unlock it for me when the long haul transport showed up, which was exactly what i needed. Then during delivery the tow service couldn't get the car into the originally assigned spot due to the size of the larger tow truck so she quickly moved it to a new location on site where the driver could make the turn and unload the car.... Then on top of that, when the driver couldn't get the car off by himself because the car was stuck in gear, she actually helped him push the car off the truck to get it safely into the storage building!! Icing on the cake was that she actually sent me a picture of my classic car being unloaded to show it made it safe. Seriously good people... Thanks!!!!”
