She was very accommodating, considering that we called her on Saturday 12/17 with an urgent need for a mattress before Christmas on account of another "not so friendly" NMB mattress company canceling our mattress delivery at the 11th hour.Louise took our order over the phone on Saturday afternoon for a Monday 12/19 delivery. “Bought furniture there and have alway been happy. Just this month the mechanism on our recliner broke and I took numbers from chair into store and a new mechanism was ordered. JR came out and installed part and recliner is great. We have light colored carpet and asked him to walk on pads we set down and he obliged. Great job and loved his pickup up truck!! We had friends move down here and took them to Waterway Furniture and they ended up buying a bedroom suite and dining room table and chairs and are very happy!!”
