Along with his friendliness, Bill was also very professional and knowledgeable about the various products. He fully explained delivery set up and haul away to us. We are awaiting delivery and I am confident all will go well. It was a pleasure doing business with Mattress Experts. Few days later here is an update. I got my delivery and my wife wanted to add this to initial review. They called shortly before arrival which was nice. Complete professionalism of delivery men Grayson and James. Both were so accommodating and kind and must acknowledge that it is refreshing to meet two true southern gentlemen. I agreed and my wife wanted to write this about them. We will tell as many as possible of our wonderful and seamless experience with Mattress Experts!”

“We had the best experience with Mattress Direct in North Myrtle Beach. Louise was very pleasant and helpful. She was very accommodating, considering that we called her on Saturday 12/17 with an urgent need for a mattress before Christmas on account of another "not so friendly" NMB mattress company canceling our mattress delivery at the 11th hour.
Louise took our order over the phone on Saturday afternoon for a Monday 12/19 delivery. The gentleman who delivered the mattress was very courteous and professional.

J&K customer service immediately sent out a person to look at it. After determining that some of the leather needed replacement, they took care of it.
