“Did good job on alignment. This is second trip. I have never went to blacks and got an alignment on first trip. They always looking at it and say there is several things wrong with vehicle and give me an estimate for over a thousand dollars for them to repair it.”

“I had just come back from a 1300 mile road trip and I felt like something was wrong with the front end of my Nissan. I brought it to plugs auto, spoke with Scott , he then put it right up on the lift. He was upfront and told me all that needed replacement asap. Told him I need the car to go out of town in 2 days.
