“I can’t say enough good things about Four Mile Automotive! We were on our way to Myrtle Beach when our van broke down with a bad alternator. Traveling with a 2-month-old baby, we were stressed and worried we’d be stranded for hours or even days.
You always hear horror stories about shops taking advantage of travelers, but Four Mile Automotive was the complete opposite. Stacey and the entire team went above and beyond to help us, even though it was a late request. They quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the alternator, and had us back on the road in about an hour and a half.

I called around and other shots were going to charge me almost $1,000 more than he did!! “If you want an HONEST auto family owned repair establishment to take your car, this is the place to come! Not only did Mr. Ed take the time to evaluate my initial complaint-(was looking for an independent second opinion diagnosis from what a previous local auto services gave me); Mr. Ed kept me informed throughout the WHOLE process! The evaluation was very detailed and thorough-line by line descriptive diagnosis of my car performance! My car was towed to him on a late Wednesday morning-was done by early Thursday! He was literally done with my vehicle less than 24hrs! His wife is sweet too! This was the BEST Customer Service I received around here in a long time. “Super friendly service staff! Great bunch of guys who got my Forester situated for an oil change, wiper blades, and a keyfob battery change. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I spoke with Kevin in Sales about the end of my lease and purchase of the car and got all the answers and options in very short order.
I swear they even finished the work I needed in less than the 90 minutes I was given, or I just didn't notice because I was comfortable! :) Highly recommend!”

“Great place. Great people. They did a thorough job repairing my car after another place did not fix things correctly. They took time to diagnose everything and kept me up to date on the process. They didn't let me pay or leave until I took it for a test drive and everything was to my satisfaction. I would definetly recommend and use them again! They went above and beyond to get the car fixed.”

“These guys are professional, and go above and beyond. Helped me and my dad during a tough time, for a love of mustangs. If I could do more than 5 stars, I would. I had the blue rust bucket SN95, where the frame has holes and the gas neck filler can't be replaced due to the support strap bolt rusted out, they looked under the car to find out about the frame & more, honestly would've wasted a lot of my time if these guys weren't here. Officially a regular. Awesome people here.”

“Camping in Conway for the weekend and blew out my CAC outlet pipe on the way up on my 6.7. Warren helped me out tremendously with a used part that he happened to have on hand. Let me use his tools to put it on in parking lot. I took a 6.0 of mine here roughly 10 years ago and did a good job then as well. Would recommend to any Powerstroke owner.”

“I had 3 J.D. mower tires I needed mounted. It was quite the experience to attempt it myself. I managed to get one of the front smaller tires finished but took way too long and way too much effort. Enter Colony Tire. I spoke with Eric who not only said they could do it (all other tire shops turned me down) but gave me a reasonable price. I brought them in and thanks to the tremendous physical struggle by the tire installer, I had all 3 mounted and ready to go. If that weren't enough, the price was even less than I was quoted. I couldn't let a good deed go unrewarded and gave the guys a nice tip! Great work guys...thank you!!!!”
