“When I have time I do it myself but sometimes you need quick and on the run. The oil light shines and you realize you never got around to it and your motor is in hell. You don't have time to fit it in, you've got fifteen minutes. They are on the way and convenient. You wonder if it's legit. You wonder if it's schetchy but you are in need. The guys are hardened by inside jokes, hot oil sloshing out and mediocre pay. Still, they show up, they do their jobs and send you on your way feeling confident in your cars ability to putt putt down the road a few more miles. Another time you'll do it yourself. Might even give it a full check up but when in a pinch you'll know where you can go.”
