“A year ago, we brought our Mercedes in to be restored. We were greeted by sweet, smiling, friendly faces, Ally and Bailey who took a personal interest in helping us and treating us like family. Chris Goldie and his mechanic, John, took a personal interest in helping us to achieve our goal and more with helpful suggestions. We left with a beautiful car, inside and outside that runs great! We have now begun to show the car at car shows and meeting new friends. Recently, we had a problem with the convertible top and Bessie and Don took immediate action to solve the issue. Don took time to show us how to prevent the problem in the future as well. We love the people at Heads Up Automotive. They are very knowledgeable and take great pride in their work. We highly recommend this business.”

My wife abd I were on RT 85 heading towards Raleigh NC for the weekend. a warning light came on so we headed to the closest VW dealership and the treatment we recived was outstanding. We were told that they was very busy, but they would get to us in a few hours. I explained we were heading to Raleigh for the weekend and some way they moved things around and got us in. We can not say enough great things about this dealership. The service manager and advisor were outstanding in taking care of our vehicle. From providing the initial estimate to keeping me informed about the progress and status of the repairs, he consistently kept me updated every step of the way. His communication and customer service made what could have been a stressful experience much easier.
If God forbid you ever find yourself in need of collision repairs, I wholeheartedly recommend bringing your vehicle here. The quality of the work and the level of customer service I received were exceptional, and I would definitely trust them with my vehicle again.

“Best exhaust shop in the county. Not only have I had multiple vehicle exhausts worked on here but I've brought in parts I needed welded as well. They have always been extremely nice, good pricing, and very helpful the entire way. Unlike another well known exhaust shop in the area, they know how to handle a lowered car. I've driven lowered cars for 20 years and who I am assuming is the owner personally was able to get my car on and off the lift like he does lowered cars every day.
