“I am an independent person and literally can't stand sales people pushing products on me. So my experience with the staff was me asking where the furniture I'm looking for was and the gentleman directing me to it. My husband and I walked around looking at this huge amount to chose from, discussing witch ones we're interested in And sure enough here came our help just to ask if we were interested in anything.I noticed others laid-back or walking around giving us the peace we needed. Of course we did decide on a few and made our decision. The sales man offered us a nice discount along with delivery. See we're out of range for delivery. All in all I give them all 5 stars for top service in us buying our furniture. I am recommending others to go take a look because the prices are considerably lower then all the other top furniture stores.”
“Landon was great to work with. He was the only person in the store, and he would not answer the phone while working with us. He was committed to us and to answering all of our questions. We spent 1 hour and 45 minutes in the store and he was in no hurry to rush us out. I am sure that we could have gotten and comparable base cheaper but when you have a salesperson like Landon who goes above and beyond you feel like you are buying from an individual instead of a company. Landon is a valuable asset to Mattress Firm in Spartanburg. I hope they know what they have in him and reimburse him accordingly. He works Monday-Friday during the day.”

“If you need a mattress Mattress Max is the place to go. I had a problem with the mattress I initially selected. I contacted them in person, explained the problem. I was not met with "I'm sorry we can't do that or we aren't able to help you". Instead they said let's see what we can do for you. Clarence was very helpful in exchanging one mattress for another. He also made arrangements for me to receive the exchange on the same day. Thanks Mattress MAX and my hat is off to Clarence and his staff.”
“It may not look like much from the outside (to the point we didn’t even trust that it was open and still in business) BUT we were pleasantly surprised to find a knowledgeable and experienced gentleman who was thorough and patiently guided us to test numerous mattresses until we found a favorites. He wasn’t pushy and even encouraged us to wait and test our top three again tomorrow to see if we stood by our choice! He coordinated same day delivery and made this potentially stressful process smooth. Will definitely return for future mattress needs.”
“We have had a sleep number bed for 18 years. An electrical surge killed it ? so time for a new one. My salesman was Mike. He was very friendly, polite, professional and informative but not the least bit pushy. Overall it was a great experience and could not have been better. Store is spotless.”

“Back in May of last year my home burnt down. Unfortunately we did not have homeowners insurance. When it came to buying furniture for our new home I had been told the we needed to go to Furniture Warehouse Showroom.We met Stephanie Bishop and let me tell you she was AMAZING!!! We went in sad and gloomy and came out happy and hopeful.Stephanie helped us in every way possible. We told her our budget and she met every goal that we needed to achieve.Her personality and smile made this horrible situation a great experience.We literally had lost everything and Stephanie helped replenish our home with top quality furniture.Every piece that we purchased Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable about (down to the materials and how to clean)When it comes to top notch customer service I highly recommend Stephanie Bishop.
