“Franklin was our sleep expert. He assisted us with our previous of 3 completed mattress sets 2mos ago. His professionalism, wealth of knowledge, patience and customer care are outstanding and appreciated. Because of the aforementioned, I went back to him to purchase the mattress set for my 4th bedroom.
He is a wonderful person and a true asset to your establishment! We are very pleased.”

“Jeremy was absolutely amazing! We purchased 2 twin mattress and platform frames. And a queen mattress and platform frame. My wife and I are a licensed foster home. And Jeremy took time to help use ensure we were getting exactly what we needed! Highly recommend you checking Mattress by appointment!”
“The customer service at Engineered Sleep has been incredible. I have multiple health conditions, including multiple chemical sensitivity, and Ryan has been so helpful with everything related to the mattress. The mattress seems to be high quality, I'll update my post about the mattress itself in a few weeks. Can't recommend this company enough!”
“Absolutely the best interaction with Mike! Great attitude, very knowledgeable about everything…. Answered all our questions with kindness , and made our mattress buying experience awesome!”
“I had a wonderful experience shopping with Ashley Furniture. Patrick helped me find the perfect bedroom set for my guest room. He greeted me upon arrival and was attentive in a non over bearing way. He was very knowledgeable, and patient. I will definitely be back for my next purchase.”
“I had a La-Z-Boy recliner that unfortunately had a broken base. La-Z-Boy guarantees their parts, and Whelchel had an extra base. They came immediately. My base was replaced by the next day. I’m always quite pleased with Welchel”
