“Our car stalled on the road late last night on our way home from Florida with 2 kids in the back seat and we had it towed to this repair shop and got a hotel down the street. When we called at opening and explained our situation they said they think they know what it is and just bring the key by and they will start right away and they did! They had the alternator and belt replaced and the car back on the road by 1:00 the same day. They even worked through their lunch to help us get home before dinner. 1000% would recommend this place to anyone!”

“We had a great experience with Bobs body shop a few days before Xmas. Our trailer hitch broke on 95 at 4 AM and they towed it to their shop and kept it safe until they opened at 8AM. When we arrived, a little flustered and not sure of our next steps, they had had already arranged a meet up with a local welder and by noon our trailer was fixed and we were on our way. Best experience with a towing/auto company! Customer service was really great too!”
“I’m a boilermaker and Drove up from Jacksonville fl for a job in a rush with bad brakes and had no time to fix it while working 12 hr shifts. Took it to bob and expressed my situation he took me in and even recommended D&H bbq to eat while we air which was great aswell. Once we finished our lunch wouldn’t you know it we had new brakes and got to see Manning a little bit! Great customer service good old down south hospitality!!!! Danny always puts his best foot forward--and is very accommodating around the auxiliary details when getting your vehicle repaired (I.e. help with rentals and coordinating with insurance, etc.) This is where you get your car fixed like new every time... they set the bar high. I've used other shops in the past... this is where you want to go... "soup to nuts" these guys'll take care of you and provide a quality of service that is increasingly hard to come by these days. “I came to Santee desperate to get home. I was on vacation and driving back home. Hundreds of miles from home, my Jeep died on the side of 95. After 11 hours and two tow trucks later, I arrived at Santee Jeep at 6:30 in the morning to closed gates. I waited there until they opened at 8AM. While they had a full docket of repairs to do that day, they did everything they could to diagnose and fix my jeep to get me, my family and my dog back on the road to get home. They accommodated me and allowed me to wait in the building with my large dog for the entire service. After finally figuring out what the issue was, they called in a favor to another Jeep dealership to get the part I needed that they did not have on site. After the repair, Randy my mechanic, tested the truck to ensure that it would not happen again on my ride home. Lynsey and Mallory were fantastic in the office and Larry took care of me and kept me in the loop throughout the day. I cannot say how appreciative I am of their kindness and how much they went out of their way to get me home. Thank you!”
“Why do they no longer have plastic bottle recycling there? Dumpsters are gone,the wood ramp has been gone, mainly because people didn't empty the plastics out of the (plastic) bags. Go figure. That is the reason I was told. How about bringing the plastic bottle recycling back?????”

“We were traveling and the tread on our tire started falling off. We went to two tire places in a very small town and they didn’t have the tire we needed. The guy recommended that we drive the 30 miles to Manning,SC to get to Ervin’s Tires. So glad we did. They were able to call around and get the right tire quickly and put it on our car. They jacked the car up with me and my little granddaughters in the car and got us back on our way. Everybody there is super nice! We would heartily recommend them to anyone in Manning, SC or travelers who are passing through!❤️”

“I would like to praise the service department. I would like to highlight Chad, Ryan and Mark. I owe them a debt of gratitude. On July 1st, I ran over a piece of steel on Interstate 95. I blew out a tire and damaged the mag wheel on my 2019 Cadillac CT6. I must add, I'm a Massachusetts resident that was passing through South Carolina on my way to Florida. I was on a tight schedule. The state trooper recommended Prothro. I was concerned that they wouldn't be able to help me out, because they weren't a Cadillac dealership. I couldn't have been more wrong. I stated my predicament and the urgency. Ryan said they could secure the tire and wheel. He also stated the delivery truck typically arrives around 12pm the following day. I booked a hotel room in town and arrived back at the dealership at 11am the following day. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me the truck was there with my tire and wheel. They quickly installed the new tire and wheel. I was on my way at 12 noon. I can't thank these guys enough.”
