Called the staff there were awesome, went and checked to see if it was in stock and had it waiting for me when I came in. Very helpful even brought it to the car for me. “After a long day at work (I work at Lowe's in Manning SC) I got into my truck for my 46 minute drive home. Turn the key to start it; only to hear clicking. I knew my battery was at its end of its life expectancy.
O Reilly's was just a short walk from where I was parked, so I walked over there. Just as soon as I walked in; I was greeted by Angel, who offered to help me as soon as I walked in. I let her know what my problem was, and she looked up battery options for the make and model of my truck. Her customer service skills were very impressive. My day was already getting better. Just when I thought it could not get any better; Hunter the Manager said he would install the battery in my truck. Now you may think this is the norm but, remember my truck was in the Lowe's parking lot, which is a little bit farther than O'Reilly's parking lot. Hunter most definitely went above and beyond the normal customer service expectations. He sets a perfect example for his team mates. I was very impressed with the service I received. It's refreshing seeing this during the hustle and bustle of today's trying times.
That being said, Kudos to Hunter and his staff for the Amazing Customer Service that you provide.

“Excellent experience with the auto center today. Outsidr of their control as per company policy, they couldn't patch my used tire but they did an excellent and quick job changing my oil and discounted me for the tire trouble, making sure to fill my slow leak tire before letting me leave. Unfortunately, I did not get the tech's name but shout out to the guy that serviced a 2023 Hyundai Tucson hybrid today and made sure I left safely.”
