“After a long day at work (I work at Lowe's in Manning SC) I got into my truck for my 46 minute drive home. Turn the key to start it; only to hear clicking. I knew my battery was at its end of its life expectancy.
O Reilly's was just a short walk from where I was parked, so I walked over there. Just as soon as I walked in; I was greeted by Angel, who offered to help me as soon as I walked in. I let her know what my problem was, and she looked up battery options for the make and model of my truck. Her customer service skills were very impressive. My day was already getting better. Just when I thought it could not get any better; Hunter the Manager said he would install the battery in my truck. Now you may think this is the norm but, remember my truck was in the Lowe's parking lot, which is a little bit farther than O'Reilly's parking lot. Hunter most definitely went above and beyond the normal customer service expectations. He sets a perfect example for his team mates. I was very impressed with the service I received. It's refreshing seeing this during the hustle and bustle of today's trying times.
