“On a recent Saturday, I landed at AutoZone in Marion at the start of a 600 mile trip back to Pennsylvania, with a front bumper that was detaching from the car. It was a disaster in the making, and the car was barely driveable.
Enter Colton, the young man at the desk, who listened to my story, and offered his help. Although there wasn't much to be done at AutoZone because I needed a whole new bumper, he stopped what he was doing and came out into the parking lot, got on his hands and knees, and fashioned a fix that allowed me to get to a dealership 50 miles away. and the bill? NO CHARGE.
I got to experience southern hospitality at its absolute finest ... helping a fellow human being just because I needed it.
AutoZone Management: I hope you will recognize Colton for the wonderful employee he is ... how about a raise and a couple of paid days off?

She even discounted my core charge because I was from out of state and she knew it would be difficult for me to come back here.The only reason this review is a four and not a 5 is because the transmission is not yet installed so I do not know about the functionality what's on my customer service standpoint I could not be happier.”
