“My Tahoe transmission went out and I had it towed late Tuesday afternoon. By the next Monday, I had it back with a rebuilt transmission/warranty coverage— which is huge to me. They found more things wrong with it and replaced at fair price. Feels like driving a new car and all the random noises have stopped now LOL. The lady that answers the phone is SO NICE and very helpful. I would recommend them for sure.”

“Quality work and excellent customer service. I just had some painting done on my 2011 Honda and the car looks like new. They matched the paint so well that you would have a hard time identifying the repaired part. On top of all they did, upon completion, they drove my car a mile down the road to have it detailed the following day, thus saving me an extra trip. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL!!! “We're very new to the area and had been going to a nationally recognized chain auto shop. Friendly enough, but it just didn't work for me. Hands down, Killians will be my go-to auto shop for the foreseeable future. No up-sells, fair prices and they go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied with your service. Personable, down to earth people taking care of you throughout the process. They also mail out coupons to further help keep cost down while drumming up business. Everyone's experience may not be as satisfying as mine were with repairs affected on my 2017 XTS, but very few will be dissatisfied. Go 'head! Give 'em a try!”
