Now it was on again but I took it back to Goodyear today and I got it fixed and apparently it was a tiny problem and they did charge and the lady at the desk said it was considered as an early Christmas gift. “The dealership where I purchased my 2020 Nissan Murano and go for oil changes told me that I needed new brakes. I brought my vehicle to the Brakes 4 Less in Simpsonville today to get brakes for less than what the dealership would charge. The awesome techs did a free inspection and confirmed that my brake pads were at 70% life left, so therefore they did not need to be replaced. I thoroughly appreciate the honesty while the dealership techs tried to take advantage of me when the replacement was ultimately not needed. When I need brakes, I will be coming back to this location!”

“I had my oil changed there a week ago. Yesterday when I went to leave the house I heard a weird noise. Shut it off and checked under the hood. There was oil EVERYWHERE! I had my boy friend (who is on oxygen) come look while I started it up and it was literally spraying! My bf called AutoX and explained the situation, thinking the oil filter was cross threaded or leaking. The OWNER brought a worker and came to our house after the shop closed. They went under the truck and worked for awhile and then said that the leak was coming from a transmission hose that went to the radiator. Even though it didn't have anything to do with the work they did, they ran to the parts store and came back to our house and fixed the problem. They worked on it for a total of 2 hours!! Then the owner told me to bring it by the shop and he'd clean the transmission fluid off the belts under the hood. I'm telling y'all these guys went waaaay beyond providing excellent customer service and into being great human beings with compassion ❤️ They have my business and praise forever!”
