“I called Goodyear and spoke with the manager concerning my tire light. I forgot his name, however he was very professional and polite. I drove up and he was outside in the area where maintenance work is done. He asked for my keys and started the process concerning my tire light. This wasn't the first time I called and was told to come to Goodyear and they will look at car ASAP. At that time John was there and he was a manager and he was also very polite and professional. They are also honest gentlemen and won't lie about a mechanical problems. Thank you all for providing excellent customer service. 😊”
