“Marion's is a life saver! His wife, Tina runs the office. She's professional and easy to talk to.My husband and I have 6 kids. Marion gave me a demonstration of how one of the vehicles I was driving was NOT safe to be driving with our kids. The demonstration and explanation was terrifying! “Car wouldn't start and had to call to be towed to dealership and used my auto club...this is second time I've had them dispatched to me in the 5 years I've had this auto club and both times they have called me to inform me of their time arrival and confirmation of location very shortly after placing call and they are very polite and informative on what is going on. I have and will continue recommending them to people. I work as a courier and have had to be towed plenty of times for work and have had rude drivers and 3 to 5 hr waits stranded before with other companies so I had a lot of comparisons and I would if I could only use I85 towing. They got it up on the ramp (it's over 700lbs) secure it and placed it where I could easily roll it to its storage area. Price was good and we were very happy with the service. I had an unfortunate accident, and called the next day to see if I could come get personal items from the car. They were closed, however the owner offered to meet me and let me in to get what I needed. If I only had to have one guy tow a car for me, it would be these guys.”
