“They had newer vehicles that were very nice. The only thing they should do is check the vehicle in and mileage while you're there and not after you leave to avoid a discrepancy. Otherwise, everything was awesome!”

“I came to this location to get storage but the size I wanted was not available. Niki was able to rent me a unit at the location around the corner for the size I needed and gave instructions on how to enter the gate and get to my storage unit, which helped me out a lot since I was running late for an appointment. She provided excellent and efficient customer service!”

“Physically everything was great! The remote pickup process was flawed in that I was never given the code that was needed to unlock tha padlock to get the key to the truck. There was an estimated 10 to 15 minute wait to speak with someone but luckily I found a chat that got me a human being while I was waiting. She was able to supply the missing code.”

“We rented a 26' Uhaul from the Fountain Inn SC location. While it didn't seem like an office per se (it's part of an upholstery shop), the gentleman was very nice and patient with 3 or 4 schedule changes we had to endure. There was a slot to return keys after hours, the truck was new and we had absolutely no problems with it. Highly recommended.”
“Our Truck is in The Shop, so we needed to get a rental. Thank God for Penske White Horse Rd Greenville, SC. Drew was wonderful to work with. He kept us informed and found us a sleeper truck. Sort of complicated nowadays to rent a truck seems for small operation. But Drew got it done.???????.

“The only reason I'm not leaving a 5 star review, I see posts dating years back and the main entrance to this location still has not changed their door from Allstate to Penske. Therefore, if you don't know you're supposed to walk in the back of an Allstate building, that has Allstate on the door of it as well, then you find yourself having to ask where to find a location of a multi-billion dollar corporation. As of three days ago, this has not changed. Overall, this is my only complaint.”
“Penske truck rental is always easy but making the poor Home Depot Customer service desk do this job really sucks for the workers of Home Depot. It can be slow waiting for them which sucks for them and the customer even if understandable. The Penske truck rental in Spartanburg has its own desk with other rentables - wish that was standard.”

“Reserved me 12 ft box truck 10 days in advance. Everything went well except the website didn't tell me about the $150 deposit. Not the stores fault. The truck was shockingly a really nice truck with only 60k miles. Seems like a lot of you guys reserved online same day and didn't call to confirm. Plan better.”
