“As a new corporate Enterprise customer, I'm writing this brief note to express my greatest appreciation with Joshua Phillips and Cameron Morgan at the Greenville Enterprise Truck Rental / Woodruff Rd. Basically, I came home to find the ENTERPRISE truck rental had been removed from my legal parking spot. After urgent phone calls found it had been towed - but without cause. Thankfully - upon reporting the truck was impounded and not available until opening on Monday the immediate actions of Mr Phillips and Mr Morgan went far beyond normal business expectations. I had a business trip planned - so this created great conflict and potentially losing over $500k in contracts. We're very thankful for the tremendous service and support from Mr Phillips and Morgan. They expedited the release of the truck from the city pound - and had a backup plan if this had failed. As you may not know, we - too - are in the service and customer support business as we service the electric utilities nationwide to keep the electric grid active especially during storm weather and other catastrophes. So your team ESPECIALLY made themselves indebted to me and my company. Your Enterprise Team with Joshua Phillips and Cameron Morgan have our unequivocal support and customer loyalty.
