“Cindy was great. Had all of the necessary paperwork ready to sign when we walked in the door. Quick and easy process to set up accounts. Nothing better than small town, personal service!”
“I’ve had an excellent experience with Rev bank and couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of service. The staff are consistently professional, friendly, and genuinely willing to help, whether in person or over the phone. Transactions are smooth and efficient, the digital banking platform is easy to use, and I always feel that my financial needs are handled with care and transparency. What truly stands out is the bank’s commitment to customer service—they take the time to explain options clearly and offer solutions that actually make sense. I highly recommend this institution to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and customer-focused bank.”
“I only used the ATM but they have two at this location! One that you can walk up to and one that you can drive up to. I think thats great so you dont have to wait very long.”

“I had left my debit card and they didn't even let me get around the corner before they called me to come get it. I was really appreciative of the customer service.”
“We made an appointment to meet with someone at the bank and we lucked up and spoke and worked with the Manager, Carrie. She is very knowledgeable and knew what we needed. She guided us through the process, gave us options and gave us personal attention. I'm not a number at First Citizens we we called by name. Thank you Carrie and all the staff at FCB Moncks Corner. CAN DO!”
