“If you need any repairs on your vehicle this is the place! Got my car taken care of quickly and Bailey was super great when it came to keeping me informed with anything that had to be done. Definitely recommend”
“So quick! I dropped my car off in the morning with an oil leak and faulty oil light. They had it done well before the day was over. Easy to communicate with and also gave me a cash discount! I was recommended here by the guys at Take5 and it did not disappoint.”
“I just got off the phone with Jessup and son. He was so helpful as he walked me through my options for repairing my car. He was upfront about his timeframe, honest about the possible cost, and offering to come to my location to see if the wreck did too much damage. I truly appreciate his superior customer service.”
“I will take every one of my body repairs to Classic Collision in Moncks Corner! They did a phenomenal job on my jeep. I never went through the process unknown of updates. Their text system was always on point. Never had to call and ask how far along my Jeep was. They were on top of communication and when you’re waiting on your vehicle to get repaired, I feel that is top priority. They even fixed things in my front end that were not caused by the damage of our incident. Tires were shiny when we pulled up to pick up the vehicle. Thanks again Classic Collision Moncks Corner. Nice to know our hometown has a body shop like yours. Been going here since it was Custom Paint and Body by Mr. Jaye. I know he is smiling down on the work being done in his old shop. God Bless!”

“Kyle was by far the best salesman I have ever worked with! He communicated with my phone consistently until I was ready to make the hour trip to check out the car.
When I called him and said I was getting in the car and would there in an hour - he instantly personally cleaned the car I wanted to see until it could get detailed. He had it pulled upfront, ready to go - and understood that time was of the essence, and the last thing I wanted to do was spend time wasting time.
After driving it - he was upfront about what they could offer, and communicated efficiently and effectively with Quintin - their financing manager. Both Kyle and Quintin left no doubt in mind about giving Hoover my business, and that I was making the right decision.
My only regret is not recruiting Quintin and Kyle to come work with me, as I know they would crush it solely based on the level of customer service they provided, their willingness to hustle for a deal, and their honesty/transparency. Two top notch individuals that I cannot recommend enough!”
