I've always taken my Q60 to the dealership, for any services. However, i needed an oil change before , leaving for an early morning trip five hours away. I stopped by local Valvoline and had the oil change. The service Tech, Hiatt, did a quick and efficient job, and I thank you all for your service.

All was good but they asked me if I had a coupon and I said yes and showed it on my phone. They did not take the coupon off. Other than that all was great

I never leave reviews, but this was the best oil change experience I’ve ever had. Reasonably priced, excellent service, super professional. I’ll be back.
