I had an amazing experience getting my oil changed at the Moncks corner location. Ray and Cheyenne were very professional, kind, friendly and explained everything clearly. The service was quick and the price was exceptional. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance routines. Went here for 1.5 years but the staff turnover seems extremely high and finally ended up with one of them putting the plug back without a gasket and then over torquing it. Then they stripped the bolt trying to get it off next time, tried to tell me it's normal when the car is rocking back and forth as the guy tries to undo the drain pan plug.
Took it home and had to weld a nut to the bolt to get it out because they stripped it so badly. The convenience doesn't overcome the mess they can cause with poorly trained employees.

There was no wait on arrival so I pulled right in. The tech explained my options for an oil change and was not pushy at all. He didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I was in and out within 7 minutes. Highly happy with service.
