“Velveteen is an incredible postal employee. She is dedicated, polite, professional, inviting. Well, you get the gist. I could go on and on with wonderful adjectives describing this lady. This is my fave post office in the CSRA.”

“I have lived several places in two states and the New Ellenton Post Office beats them all by far. My first demonstration was 30 plus years ago when any mail originating in Aiken was delayed by days yet if mailed from Augusta (skipping Aiken) it arrived in less than 24 hours!! Workers are knowledgable and helpful. I have kept my New Ellenton PO box for years. I am moving to an Aiken address but close to NE. I hope it is my main post office!”

“Wasn't getting my mail for about week, replaced my mail box and got a call notifying me that the mail carrier would be informed. And that I could pick up any unclaimed mail for my address. If they provided a survey, 100s across the board. Thank you”
