“I love this location because it's close to the beach and it's easy to make an order on line for deli pick-up because on the weekends you can wait over an hour if you don't order in advance. My only problem with Publix is their grocery bags don't have handles to carry you groceries. It's very inconvenient and for that reason alone, I will go to Harris Teeters instead for my larger shopping trips.”

“Brittany at the bakery truly deserves all five stars! We ordered a graduation cake for my niece and picked it up this morning. Unfortunately, when I tried to add polka dots in Georgia colors with black frosting, it didn't go as planned, and the cake turned into a bit of a mess. In a panic, with only two hours until the party, I rushed to Publix for help. Brittany listened patiently to my dilemma and, in less than ten minutes, transformed my cake into a beautiful creation, even adding the polka dots I wanted. Brittany, I can’t thank you enough for your incredible assistance! I hope Publix recognizes just how fantastic you are!”
“Great selection and prices! Fun items that can't be found elsewhere. Their store brands are very comparable to name brands, sometimes even better. They sell most name brands too. I don't buy cheese or chocolate anywhere else!”

“Talked me into the only aloe they had available. It was pricey and for short timers here, we need smaller bottles. Nice and helpful though. Their cookies were delish also..I just hate that I had to throw out half the aloe bottle. Not their fault, I should have went elsewhere.”
“Good clean store that's always well stocked. My favorite department is their fruits and vegetables. Sometimes I gone in and have received a not-so friendly reception by cashiers where they don't even speak. The wine selection is also great.”
“As a caregiver I come here very often with my clients. Today we signed up for a VIC card and Andrew helped us. I will be going out of my way to shop here from now on. Not only has Andrew been such a wonderful and informative associate he was patient and did it with a smile! He among others have always been very helpful and it's greatly appreciated especially to seniors!”

“I’ve been shopping here for OVER 6 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. (I’m also a kind, patient, and reasonable individual.)
Reading a few of the recent negative reviews, I can’t help but think they sound a little dramatic and over the top. If I were a new customer searching for a grocery store on Google, and I read those one-star reviews, I’d still consider this HT store because anyone knows that the people who post outlandish, poor reviews like that are brought on by people who are entitled with unreasonable expectations.
I LOVE shopping at this store, especially through the grocery pick-up! Their communication is always great. They call whenever my order is ready for pick-up and they’re often ahead of schedule. They’re always kind and polite. Over the several years I’ve shopped here, there has been maybe one or two times where my order was missing an item or two. I called and they either refunded immediately or allowed me to come back at my convenience to grab the item. Things happen! Let’s be kind and give people some grace! Thank you HT for your excellent customer service. You make my life easier!!”

“Ann hosted me for a pop-up and it was wonderful. The prosciutto and brie with figs sandwich was divine! I also had the Asian salad and it was hearty, delish and filling. The strawberry and orange frose are both boat day worthy and so refreshing. I enjoyed shopping for other little goodies during my visits. Go check them out!”

“Big fan of this Publix! It's my go-to for nibbles and sub sandwiches before hitting up the beach or Pitt street bridge. Can't ever go wrong with a pub sub deal of the day - it's 2 for the price of 1 so perfect when ballin' on a budget. I admire their seasonal ice cream flavors too! Very rich and flavorful. Shopping is certainly a pleasure with this convenient Publix.”

“Wanted to give a shout out to Keisha did not get her last name, but she went above and beyond today for my friends and I! She was such a pleasure, very pleasant and overall gave us a great experience. We came in there looking for a very popular item and she stopped what she was doing to assist without us asking her! She works at the Walmart closer to Carolina park in Mt Pleasant and she was there today around 1pm Feb 24 in the shoe department when she stopped to help us! She was more than amazing and we want to thank you and Walmart give this lady a bonus! She was definitely the friendly smiling face that Walmart needs Thank ya!!”
