Harris Teeter Pharmacy is absolutely amazing. The personnel are incredibly friendly, kind, proactive, and helpful. Customer service is everything, and they provide just that, always willing to help and answer any questions. They get prescriptions ready so fast, with minimal to no wait time. Customers are always notified when prescriptions are ready or delayed, preventing unnecessary trips. Many have transferred all their family's prescriptions to this pharmacy because of the great, outstanding service. The team is awesome, offering every possible assistance with incredible kindness.
Alex (the pharmacist) and his team have excellent customer service keep up the good work !

I recently moved all my prescriptions over to this Harris Teeter Pharmacy, and could not be happier that I did. Not only are the personnel incredibly friendly and proactive when an issue arises with my family’s prescriptions, but they get everything ready so fast!! We really appreciate all that they do.

Bess is THE BEST! I would give more stars if I could. She has always been incredibly kind and helpful even when working behind the counter alone. I won’t go anywhere else for my scripts as long as she’s there and I live where I do.
