“My little 16 yr old chihuahua was struggling getting the pills down for her CHF. Luckily her cardiologist knew Pitt Pharmacy compounded for not only humans but also dogs. They made her medicine in chicken flavor and mailed it to me since I’m 3 hrs away! She takes it with no problem and it has massively decreased my stress for her twice daily pill taking! It’s decreased her hatred of having to take them too!!! Thank you for being SO amazing and offering this service!! You guys are the best!!!!”
“Good clean store that's always well stocked. My favorite department is their fruits and vegetables. Sometimes I gone in and have received a not-so friendly reception by cashiers where they don't even speak. The wine selection is also great.”

“I’ve been shopping here for OVER 6 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. (I’m also a kind, patient, and reasonable individual.)
Reading a few of the recent negative reviews, I can’t help but think they sound a little dramatic and over the top. If I were a new customer searching for a grocery store on Google, and I read those one-star reviews, I’d still consider this HT store because anyone knows that the people who post outlandish, poor reviews like that are brought on by people who are entitled with unreasonable expectations.
I LOVE shopping at this store, especially through the grocery pick-up! Their communication is always great. They call whenever my order is ready for pick-up and they’re often ahead of schedule. They’re always kind and polite. Over the several years I’ve shopped here, there has been maybe one or two times where my order was missing an item or two. I called and they either refunded immediately or allowed me to come back at my convenience to grab the item. Things happen! Let’s be kind and give people some grace! Thank you HT for your excellent customer service. You make my life easier!!”

“The Walgreens pharmacy off Johnnie Dodds blvd in Mt Pleasant is wonderful! Each time I've gone in there, it's been a good experience. Everyone is nice to interact with and willing to help.
My main reason for this review is to share my experience from the pharmacy. I brought my son to get his flu shot and hope it would be as quick as possible because who wants to wait a long time with an anxious kid? ? It was looking good until they couldn't get my insurance card to go through. But she continued to try different ways, even calling the help desk. After about an hour, it finally worked! Bless their hearts... They didn't give up! Throughout that wait, they kept updating me and thanking me for my patience.
The same one that went through that process, also administered his shot. She was wonderful! I wish I had her name! She did so well, he didn't realize it was already done!

“From out of town, had to get some quick care prescriptions filled. Called ahead of time, gave information, they said they were ready. . Took a Lyft to pick them up. Had five minutes. With a line of three people made it! Pharmacist was friendly, counseling quick (I'm familiar with meds). The clerk help was efficient, a smile from the young lady might have improved experience. Maybe she was having a rough day. Retail pharmacy is tough. Overall the pharmacy experience was good. I'd use again. Hope we don't have to.”

“Big fan of this Publix! It's my go-to for nibbles and sub sandwiches before hitting up the beach or Pitt street bridge. Can't ever go wrong with a pub sub deal of the day - it's 2 for the price of 1 so perfect when ballin' on a budget. I admire their seasonal ice cream flavors too! Very rich and flavorful. Shopping is certainly a pleasure with this convenient Publix.”

“I found what I needed with the help of the cashier. The price was pretty good. It was a long walk with out of the way sidewalks. I took a shortcut to Park West on the way back and had to walk on the side of the road. Other than not have the flavor of ACT Mouthwash i wanted; This is an excellent store!”

“I love this location because it's close to the beach and it's easy to make an order on line for deli pick-up because on the weekends you can wait over an hour if you don't order in advance. My only problem with Publix is their grocery bags don't have handles to carry you groceries. It's very inconvenient and for that reason alone, I will go to Harris Teeters instead for my larger shopping trips.”
