Michael has made everything flow very smoothly with getting all of my retirement benefits into their automatic deposit program into my checking account and my IRA transferred into a very competitiveness Merrill Lynch account! So whenever I ran into a glitch with using their new mobile app, he was always right there to answer all my questions and basically Took his Time to walk me through the process! I couldn't recommend Bank of America anymore highly based on the service I received from Michael Marks!”
