“I bank with Wells Fargo currently, however, my experience with the manager of this bank while trying to get a hold off of a check that I desperately needed to go through. Not once did I reach the branch location of the Wells Fargo I was attempting to call (mind you the two banks are a stones throw away) but when I first called Pinnacle I was given the manger's personal office number right away and treated as well as if I was a customer of theirs. He made me feel better about my situation which was an instant fix on his behalf. Took him maybe ten minutes to sort it out and call me right back. On the other hand I was passed from complaint line to an actual escalated complaint line (didn't know that existed) and put on hold numerous times as they talked to a "team" and just generally treated like an account number and not a person struggling to keep my bills payed with my shifts cut in half. If you read this please note that being able to contact the people that handle your money is more important than having a bank on every corner. I'll be switching banks as soon as I possibly can.”

“I made an appointment with RJ. I was interested in opening an account with Schwab. The only location is here in Mount P. I had stopped by one afternoon and quickly learned they are only taking appts for Schwab members. I then called in and left a message hoping someone would return my call. I spoke with RJ the next day who forwarded his email info to correspond with one another much quicker. We set an appt to meet in the office and I was all set. We met at 10am one morning and I was pleased with the way my appt went. RJ took me 15 mins before my appt time. We sat in the conference room and discussed different account options. The office was clean & cozy. The front desk staff member was kind and welcoming. The meeting ran about an hour long. He asked me if I had further questions and to email him with any other concerns I may have had. Overall, I was pleased with my visit to Schwab. RJ was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with everything.”

“I moved all of my banking from SW Florida up here a couple of months ago and Mr. Michael Marks who is the manager at the Mount Pleasant branch located at the intersection of IOP and Highway 17 could not of been nicer! Michael has made everything flow very smoothly with getting all of my retirement benefits into their automatic deposit program into my checking account and my IRA transferred into a very competitiveness Merrill Lynch account! So whenever I ran into a glitch with using their new mobile app, he was always right there to answer all my questions and basically Took his Time to walk me through the process! I couldn't recommend Bank of America anymore highly based on the service I received from Michael Marks!”
