In the drive thru for 30 minutes to deposit a check for my mother in law. Went inside too...... nobody is saying anything. Take your money elsewhere. This is not the first incident. Unfortunately I can't give 0 stats

Completely incompetent service from Julian. Not only was he unfamiliar with what he was doing, he declined to get me someone else to talk with after I expressed my frustration. What a joke. Will be closing all accounts.

Ditto to all those who reviewed before this. Horrible, or lacking, customer service. Unable to contact by phone. Representatives were unable to perform simple tasks. The notary’s license expired....... and, the tellers made me feel as if I should have been privileged to be in the branch.
