Very very SLOW and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL staff. Horrible!!! I had such a bad experience every single time i was there i'm switching to an other carrier. Can't deal with T-Mobile anymore. I understand is hard to find good employees these days but this is beyond ridiculous

This is my second time doing business at the Mount Pleasant T-Mobile. Both times have been great experiences. So painless and the staff has been so helpful. Today we had Joseph who was knowledgeable and so helpful. Thanks T-Mobile and your staff!!

Our experience at the Mount Pleasant, SC T- mobile store was pleasant. Imagine that, a comfortable easy cell service visit! It was a big job moving 8 devices from another carrier to t mobile. They need to add more stores. When we left, there was a line. Be patient, it’ll be worth it.
